A Whale of a Good Time
This posting is a little past due, but better late than never.
These are some pictures taken back in September when Mom and Dad came up to Boston for the Clemson vs. BC game (disaster).
When they were in town, we took a day and drove about one hour north to the town of Gloucester, MA to go whale watching.
(They used some buildings and parts of the town in the movie "A Perfect Storm.")
Here we are boarding the boat to go out and find the whales.
Mom took this picture. Talk about good timing. It was hard to catch these guys breaking out of the water.

When we finally did find the whales, this one kept "playing" with our boat. This picture doesn't really do justice to how big this animal actually is, but you can definitely see how close it came to our boat. It was pretty incredible.
